If mold is so bad, why don't they do something?
So... WHY isn't the government doing anything about it???
They are... slowly.... slowly.... slowly. Are you willing to wait while your personal exposure level is likely rising all around you?
Government is slow for 2 reasons:
1) Money interests and lobby pressure has keep this issue semi-quiet(1).
2) The complexity of the problem.
3) The (often necessary) slowness of peer review and legislation.
note: (1) Senator Debra Ortiz (CA) told me that the "Toxic Mold Protection Act" was the most lobbied bill she had ever encountered. On one hand, thousands of constituents plead for the law to pass, on the other was the insurance, building, and real estate lobbies who spent huge amounts of money to water down and diffuse the spirit of the law.
The vast majority of scientists and researchers know that mold is a serious problem. They know the causes of the recent epidemic. They know the potential dangers of toxic as well as allergenic effects. They know the solutions. But, as good reasonable scientists, they have to only discuss the limited confirmed studies and need to wait on the sidelines until the whole community agrees. This will take decades.
No respectable scientist can make claims unless they are peer reviewed and every aspect is confirmed. So, that only leaves laymen like me (who tell the truth, but don't need to publish in a journal before speaking), or unrespectable scientists like those on the payroll of monied interests.
In the gap while we are waiting for peer review, certain highly paid "scientists" are claiming that mold is not a problem. They are conducting lame studies like a recent study where they dropped lemons into a waste basket to prove mold is not harmful... Because the reputable scientists have to wait, the liars are temporarily SUCCESSFUL at delaying the problem!!! That's what they are paid for. Really.
OK...Why are some “experts” claiming that mold is not a problem?
1) We have only begun clinical trials about mold. We may not be able to do trials with humans because while some scientists say mold is not dangerous, the scientific consensus has been for over 3000 years that mold exposure is very risky.
2) They are “paid off” by insurance and other industries; this is well documented and accepted fact not a wild conspiracy theory.
3) Regulating mold exposure is challenging because our medical and scientific community is uncomfortable regulating something with so many cofactors, variables, etc. Forget the variables of patients -- past exposure, genetic disposition, forget the variables of environment -- air flow dynamics and additional chemical influences, fungi itself is a world of fluctuating variables as part of biological nature.
In short, the scientific community's inability to properly evaluate mold problem is the excuse for leaving it unregulated. The logic is this: You don’t have a measuring tape precise enough to measure all the details of mold exposure... so it doesn’t exist -- even if it’s killing you. The general public seems to find this acceptable logic, do you?
In fact, our insurance industry would have collapsed several years ago from mold claims had they not paid massive amounts of money to keep the problem out of the hands of legislators.
Do you think the collapsed housing market is going to rebound on the news that the majority if the new homes built in the recent boom are defective? A high percentage of new homes are doomed to becoming poisonous gas chambers if they are not significantly repaired and defects replaced.
- Unless you really care so much about insurance company and housing profits that you will suffer and die young for them to save them a buck...
- unless you put saving your home builder’s profit above the safety of your family...
- unless you’d rather suffer from terminal disease than cause a fuss and insist that we clean up our buildings...
... in short unless you are a masochist, you need to be truthful about the impact that our nation’s rising mold crisis is having on your life and the life of those around you.
Toxic Mold Solutions is the most truthful series ever created on mold.

Eliminating toxic levels of mold exposure can make you look and feel 10 year younger (or more).
If you put the effort and money you spent on cosmetics, plastic surgery, and other mold-illness related cover-up attempts into actually creating a clean living space, you’d be far more attractive, beautiful, healthy, athletic, friendly, joyful, intelligent, pleasant, and successful.
This web site and our products are for people who want to be alive, be healthy, be as naturally beautiful as they can, be energetic, be hopeful, be positive, be successful, and enjoy a healthy population.
The negative way:
If you like failure, if you like disease, if you like mental disorders, if you like suffering and pain, if you like loss and damage, if you like destruction you should not care about mold. Let it grow.
Even if you don’t care about yourself and your family and all you care about is money, realize that mold exposure is costing billions in lost productivity, increased healthcare premiums, and lost competitive advantage.
